Product Owner with expertise in Agile management of lifecycle of internet applications for a long term contract in Brussels, Belgium. This is a hybrid contract with some travel to the office so you must live in Brussels, within 2 hours commute of Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Key decision make on the Agile process for work done by the agile development team.
• Lead several business analysts.
• Goals and objectives of the project.
• Interacts and validates requirements with the business.
• Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in-depth understanding of a specific business domain (see skills).
• Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment.
• Creates user stories and acceptance tests
• Participates in project planning, daily stand-up meetings SCRUM
• Sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum-related meetings.
• Reviews deliverable and demonstrable product version/software functionalities after every sprint.
• Organizes live demonstration of the product at the end of the sprint.

Must have the following skills;

• Expertise in Agile management of lifecycle of internet applications
• 10+ years of experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user Information Systems
• 10 years+ of specific expertise in Experience in Agile
• JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq etc.
•  Application Management Lifecycle.
• At least 10 years of specific expertise in Knowledge of confluence and Jira

Certifications & Standards MANDATORY

• Mandatory certification (one of):
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
•  Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
• SAFe Product Owner or equivalent.
