A new opportunity has arisen on the Service Desk for a Production Support person job with a leading investment management firm in Hong Kong.
Service Desk Administrator to join an Enterprise Technology team in Hong Kong. Your role will involve resolving hardware and software issues for the employees.
Your responsibilities will include:
dentifying and resolving incidents and requests.
Monitoring and overseeing the Service Desk Function, reporting incidents and escalations.
Proactively addressing issues and improving service quality.
Tracking and analyzing Service Desk request trends, generating reports.
Installing, troubleshooting, and supporting Windows and Linux desktops. Managing user accounts and performing hardware repairs and upgrades. - Assisting with server racking, phone systems, and e-mail administration. - Maintaining our internal Documentation hub.
Qualifications
Strong PC hardware and computer internals knowledge.
Desktop support skills and hardware troubleshooting abilities.
A passion for technology. - Exceptional organisational skills.
Teamwork skills supporting various functions.
Proficiency in English, with preferred familiarity in JIRA, Confluence, and Linux.
An IT educational background is a plus.
Candidates should also: - Must speak Mandarin.
Possess strong communication skills.
Be proactive and capable of taking initiative.
Manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Work well independently and within a team.
Be open to travel to different Offices in Shanghai and Singapore.
